A couple of sketches
Just a couple of pretty insignificant drawings I did sitting on my bed. This was just after I went and saw Avatar, which is a great movie. I was prepared to be let down by the hype, but even though the larger plot was a little predictable in places I was on the edge of my seat most of the time. Although it's probably not a new one, I loved the concept of using real bodies as avatars and how your 'virtual' life (although not so virtual I guess if you are using flesh bodies?) could easily become preferable to your real one. Hmm..

Your CHOWs, 3D, poses and cam angles are all sweet as! I'm seeing them with different colours, but yep, they're sweet, as. ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks Edward! I'd like to know more of your thoughts on the colours.. I have trouble with colour choice!
ReplyDeleteI guess I will see you at the Melbourne meet sometime anyway? :)
Hi Elise, oh uhmmm, I didn't mean your colours are crappola, totally the opposite - I just like to tint images (in my head) with the colours that I want. But I digs your soft and badass feels.
ReplyDeleteAnd oh yea, sketch meets indeed, whenever i can get my toe to co-operate with me. ^^
(Your header image is delish)
ReplyDeleteHaha oh okay.. interesting!
ReplyDeleteSo you're the one with the injury! What happened? o.o
and thanks! Heh must be a happy accident... I didn't really think about it too much. I really need to remove those little white outlines though.
I live for happy accidents. n 'twas a sprained toe. (it's exactly the coolest way to get injured, but, what can i do)
ReplyDeletei'll see you, on the next meet. keep it real man. ^^
